As uncertainty continues, we are seeing more and more businesses seek out peer support. Equinox’s leadership team has been active in a few organizations instrumental to building a strong company, and we thought you might want to check them out as you plan for 2022:

Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO)

EO is a global organization for business owners focused on growing the whole entrepreneur through learning, social, and monthly peer group meetings. Businesses must have $1M revenue to qualify. EO also has programs for its members’ executive team and for spouses.

Entrepreneurs’ Organization Accelerator (EOA)

EOA is a program within EO for business owners with revenues from $250K-$1M focused on building infrastructure to scale the business. The program includes 4 all-day facilitated learning events on the topics of Cash, Strategy, People, and Execution, based on the book “Scaling Up” by Verne Harnish, plus monthly small group accountability meetings. This program was transformational for Equinox.

Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO)

WPO is a global organization for female business leaders, supporting them as their businesses face day-to-day and strategic challenges and opportunities. WPO offers numerous programs, benefits, and peer support for its members.

Vistage

Vistage is a global organization for business leaders, supporting them as their businesses face day-to-day and strategic challenges and opportunities. Vistage offers numerous programs and benefits for its members.
