LEGAL UPDATE: Oregon Consumer Privacy Act

Effective July 1, 2024, the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (the OCPA or the Act) will create meaningful privacy protections for Oregon consumers and new data protection obligations for businesses operating in Oregon.
