New developments again on the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA). The court has reversed its previous decision, and filing is suspended pending further litigation.

Given the ongoing uncertainty, we suggest companies that have not yet filed be ready to file quickly if the injunction is lifted or overturned. It’s important to keep an eye out for updates and any new guidance from FinCEN.
