Pamela is Equinox’s Sales and Customer Experience Officer, bringing a strong background in relationship management, business development, and client engagement. Her work centers on building meaningful connections, supporting strategic growth, and ensuring clients feel understood, supported, and confident as they navigate important decisions. Guided by her philosophy, “I See You,” Pamela believes that acknowledgment and empowerment are essential to strong relationships and successful collaboration, and this perspective shapes every aspect of her work.

In her role, Pamela leads client experience and sales initiatives with a focus on trust, clarity, and long-term partnership. She combines deep listening with practical strategy to create high-touch, thoughtful client experiences that deliver clear, actionable outcomes. Whether cultivating relationships, supporting business development efforts, or shaping client-facing initiatives, Pamela brings intention, consistency, and a people-first mindset to her work.

Pamela’s lifelong passion for communication began at California Polytechnic State University, where she earned a degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric.

Originally from California, Pamela has proudly claimed Washington as home for over 20+ years, which means she can navigate both sunshine and sideways rain without breaking stride. Outside of work, you’ll often find her out on a run (because apparently “rest day” is a suggestion), or on the golf course where she insists she’s “just there for the fresh air” while absolutely keeping score. Most of all, she loves spending time with her husband and their two adult sons, ideally somewhere outdoors, slightly competitive, and full of laughter.
