Leaf E’kaika is an experienced Operations Administrator with a diverse background spanning nonprofit, retail, and corporate environments. At Equinox, he supports day-to-day business operations, vendor and resource management, HR initiatives, and financial processes. Leaf’s strategic mindset and attention to detail help drive efficiency, strengthen internal systems, and enhance the overall client experience.

Over the course of his career, Leaf has led cross-functional teams, improved internal workflows, and contributed to the success of large-scale initiatives and community programs. His nonprofit leadership experience has honed his ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and make meaningful operational improvements—all while keeping people at the center of his work.

Leaf is also deeply committed to community impact and continues to support program development and marketing efforts for Bee the Change, a nonprofit organization focused on empowerment and outreach.

Originally from a variety of locations, Leaf brings a flexible, people-first approach to everything he does. Outside the office, he’s a passionate creative—designing custom tattoo artwork, building community through gaming, and even performing as a character entertainer for the Walt Disney Company, a role that sharpened his communication, collaboration, and creativity.
