With a background in in-house leadership and consulting with professional service organizations across the country, she is deeply experienced in designing scalable systems, building effective team structures, and creating operational clarity.

Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Gies College of Business and an MBA from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business, reflecting her long-standing passion for understanding how businesses succeed. Known for her practical, thoughtful approach, she is committed to equipping teams behind the scenes so clients receive consistent, high-value support.
