Alicia Wimmer

Alicia Wimmer is Equinox’s Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator, managing the firm’s Sales and Marketing teams while continuing to serve as Executive Assistant to the CEO. She plays a central role in driving coordination across teams, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and communication.

With over 11 years of experience in executive support and operations, Alicia brings a strong background in wealth management and real estate. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Washington and a Certificate in Project Management, which she leverages to create structure, streamline processes, and keep complex initiatives moving forward.

In her expanded role, Alicia oversees Equinox’s Sales and Marketing operations, including managing the Equinox Business Law social media presence, producing the firm’s newsletter, and coordinating the distribution of quarterly updates and campaigns. She partners closely with leadership to support pipeline visibility, content execution, and internal communication, while continuing to provide high‑level administrative support to the CEO. Known for her calm, organized, and proactive approach, Alicia helps ensure teams stay focused on priorities and deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience.

Originally from Newcastle, Washington, Alicia was drawn to Equinox’s mission of empowering small businesses and its strong internal culture. Outside of work, she enjoys home DIY projects, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her spouse and three children.
