We all find that despite our goal of functioning in a paperless office, the paper still fills the file cabinets. A colleague passed along a tool called PDF Redirect. It’s freeware that that allows you to create a PDF of any document you can print including emails and webpages. This helps to consolidate all communications or documents in one file folder or location rather than having them spread between electronic file folders, email folders and hard copy folders.
