Gain the skills to identify areas of risk & strength in your business and explore how to decrease those risks. Just as the autumn Equinox displays the balance between light and dark, this workshop will help you see the balance between business risks and opportunities by taking an intimate and critical examination of your business’ health.

The goal of the Business Health Assessment Workshop is for participants to:

• Gauge the current condition of their business’ health

• Find areas where they can anticipate risk

• Identify ways to foster future business growth

Participants will work through a guided business health assessment workbook developed by the Equinox corporate counsel team based on years of evaluating business risk. We’ll walk through the current state of your business’ corporate strategy, compliance, human resources, financial planning, exit planning, and property protection.

By the end of the workshop, you will have critically analyzed the current state of your business, identified where risk may be lurking in your business, and identified areas of strength to leverage for business growth. After the webinar, all participants will receive a mini recommendations summary from the Equinox team tailored to your business, describing tactics to mitigate specific risks and foster future business growth.
